Computer Science support and services are provided by several specialist teams who work together to provide friendly and reliable resources for the CS Department. We have ten full-time employees and over ten part-time student staff led by the Director of the Laboratory for Computer Science Research, Charles Hedrick.
Computing Help Desk
The LCSR Staff and Operator provides technical support to Computer Science Students, Faculty and Staff 7 days a week including nights. If your question is academic, please contact Academic Support

Computer Systems and Infrastructure
Three full time LCSR system staff provide Computer Science compute servers, office desktops, lab computers, laptops, printers, storage, wireless and conference room services. Software Engineering Services
Three full time LCSR programming staff provide software research and development services for grant and University funded efforts. We provide research, instructional and administration solutions to the Department of Computer Science, other departments within the School of Arts and Sciences, and the wider University at large. Networking, Hardware, and Facilities
Two full time LCSR hardware staff provide Computer Science networking connectivity and security, asset management, equipment power and cooling environments, and coordinate University facilities requests.
