This new system simplifies the complicated steps by installing one software known as&nbsp; <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/mobilityprint3.rad.rutgers.edu:9163\/setup\">Papercut Mobility Print software.&nbsp;<\/a><\/strong><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">(Note: this is an HTTP, not HTTPS link)<\/span><\/article>\n<article><strong style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/strong><\/article>\n<article><strong style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><strong> <img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wordpress.cs.rutgers.edu\/resources-cs-rutgers-edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/45\/2026\/06\/mac.jpg\" alt=\"Install Dialog box for MacOS\" width=\"408\" height=\"291\"><\/strong><\/strong><\/article>\n<article><\/article>\n<article>When installing the software, make sure you pick these Computer Science printers.<\/article>\n<article><\/article>\n<article><\/article>\n<article><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wordpress.cs.rutgers.edu\/resources-cs-rutgers-edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/45\/2026\/07\/printer-selection.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"242\"><\/article>\n<article><\/article>\n<article><\/article>\n<article><\/article>\n<article><\/article>\n<article><\/article>\n<article><\/article>\n<article>\n<article><strong>Important: <\/strong><\/article>\n<ul>\n<li>To <strong>set up<\/strong> a new printer, and to <strong>print<\/strong> to CS printers, your computer must be connected to <b>RUNet, <strong>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/it.rutgers.edu\/virtual-private-network\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">University VPN<\/a><\/strong> or the <a href=\"https:\/\/it.rutgers.edu\/wifi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eduroam or&nbsp;RUWireless Secure<\/a><\/b><\/li>\n<li>When you<b> first print <\/b>from the Mac, you must authenticate every printer queue with your NetID credentials.&nbsp;<br>For example, for <strong>cs_core3_mp_q<\/strong>, you can release your job by clicking the small padlock icon on <strong>Apple Menu \/ System Settings \/ Printers and Scanners \/cs_core3_mp_q \/ Printer Queue&#8230;<\/strong><br><em><br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wordpress.cs.rutgers.edu\/resources-cs-rutgers-edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/45\/2026\/10\/Click-to-auth.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"492\" height=\"127\"><br><em style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><em>Make sure to save your credentials in your KeyChain, or you will need to enter them for every job you print in the future.<\/em><span style=\"font-style: normal\"> If you change your password, you must also reauthenticate to print.<\/span><\/em><\/em><\/li>\n<li>After printing, you <b>must go to the printer room and release the job <\/b>with your RUID.<\/li>\n<li>All <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.cs.rutgers.edu\/resources-cs-rutgers-edu\/docs\/printing\/public-printers-tips\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">our printers<\/a> are accessible to everyone who has access to the room where the printer is located.<\/li>\n<li>If you need to print exams for your class, see <a href=\"https:\/\/resources.cs.rutgers.edu\/printing-exam-with-staple-option\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Printing Exam with Staple Option<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/article>\n<article><\/article>\n<article><\/article>\n<article><\/article>\n<article><\/article>\n<hr>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">For help with our systems or immediate assistance, visit <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cs.rutgers.edu\/~operator\/\" style=\"font-size: 1rem\">LCSR Operator<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"> at CoRE 235 or call 848-445-2443.
