If you are experiencing speed or latency issues with your network connection, you can diagnose the problem by going to speedtest site like speedtest.net or google speedtest to use google speedtest.
If you notice an issue with your speed and response time (latency), please report the problem and be sure to include the following
- date and time of the test
- the client (e.g., name or IP) from which the test was run
- the upload and download speeds reported in Mbps
- the type of connection (i.e., wired or wireless)
